That is what sums up My Valuers culture.

Our people are passionate about helping our clients and various stakeholders make informed decisions about a property. We have built a reputation based on core competency in the sectors that we work in. My Valuer has built a team that compliments every sector that makes up a diverse property market.

We do property valuations. We’re not going to delve into the depths of what a valuation is. You already know, otherwise you wouldn’t be visiting our funky little website.

Paul is a well known Hawkes Bay valuer, with over 15 years local and national experience.
Paul is focused on providing a prompt professional and approachable service, and placing clients in a well informed position.
Paul specialises in the residential, commercial, industrial, and lifestyle sectors.

Pauls specialist area of valuation is Motel and Going Concern valuations in the hospitality sector, including motel and hospitality chattels valuations, and Rent Reviews.

Jacob is born and bred in Hawkes Bay having grown up on an orchard in Bay View and attending Lindisfarne College. He graduated from Massey University with a BBS, majoring in Valuation and Property Management – he bolstered this by completing a Diploma in Rural Valuation. A keen outdoors man, Jacob skis, waterskis, and mountain bikes – giving spare time to track build for the Hawkes Bay Mountain Bike Club. Jacob is firmly establishing himself as a respected valuer in Hawkes Bay.

Born and bred in Taupo, Andrew completed his Bachelor of Commerce specialising in valuation and property management at Lincoln University. Spending 4 years practicing in Auckland, he also completed a paper in plant and machinery valuation.

Moving to the Hawke’s Bay was a no-brainer once the opportunity presented itself. Andrews role at MyValuer allows him to further advance his career, while at the same time, enjoy the Hawke’s Bay lifestyle, and be closer to family.
